Add2Phone's Messaging Booster is a solution for mobile operators and content services providers to help users to discover new services. It combines mobile customer relationship management (mCRM) with direct SMS and MMS service marketing and real-time permission marketing in mobile media. Messaging Booster uses usage data and users' recent actions to steer customers towards value added services they are likely to need. For example, when a customer requests snow report service content via SMS, the event triggers a real-time targeting module that selects an appropriate marketing message about a new snowboarding Java game that can be added to the SMS delivered to the subscriber.
